We set out to help our clients move out of a small apartment in San Leandro and into a single family home with a backyard so that their young son could have some space to run around! Since the market was hot and we often found ourselves competing against all-cash buyers, we had to get creative about how to win. We identified a home that had just come onto the market that our clients loved and because of our outreach to the listing agent we were able to write and have our pre-emptive offer accepted!
