I hope that you had the best year! I know there were a lot of changes in our world, most of them out of our personal control. Some, maybe, within your control. And while both may have rocked your world I want to offer you some love and encouragement.
For those who wished to buy a home but felt the weight of the world on your shoulders, it’s ok that you didn’t. There’s always this year. And next year. And the year after. You didn’t “miss out” on anything that you can’t do now or in the future.
Maybe you had to use every saved dollar on the costs of increasing groceries or gas or whatever it was that cost more than you had expected. It’s ok. There’s this year, next year, and even the year after to build that nest egg back up. You didn’t miss out on anything, there will be homes there when you’re ready.
Maybe you’d banked on low interest rates and then life happened and you weren’t able to take advantage. Here’s some encouraging news: rates are never the same. They’ll always fluctuate. You may not have got the lowest rate in the history of world, but you’ll get a rate that works for you. When you’re ready. This year. Next year. Maybe the year after. You didn’t miss out.
Wherever you are in life, wherever you live, wherever you work, and how much money you do or you don’t have— I'm here to encourage you that the right time will be YOUR time.
Live in the present life today. Don’t look back. Don’t live in the “I should have, could have” mind space. Your life is what you make of it and what I hope that it’s beautiful right where it’s at.
I'm over here encouraging you, cheering you on... all the way!!
