A Fresh Start

We are so excited to have successfully closed escrow on the sale of our clients' home! 

It was time for a fresh start for this family and we helped them achieve it. Our team worked tirelessly to finish final remodeling details, landscape, clean, and stage this gorgeously updated home to bring it on the market during the spring season. We hosted an extremely successful neighbors-only open house and had more than 50 groups through our public open houses. All this activity helped our clients secure multiple offers and a final sales price significantly above the list price. Now they're starting a new chapter and this new home's owner will enjoy all this home offers for many years to come. 

Here is a recap of our activities to get them to sold:

  • The sellers called me to evaluate the property in March of 2023. They wanted to sell quickly once their renovations were complete.
  • We prepared a detailed list for the interior and exterior of what we needed to do to get their home ready for today's buyers.
  • As they finished renovations and we worked against tight timelines, they used my contractor connections to get the work done quickly and easily.
  • We utilized Compass Concierge so they didn't have to pay out of pocket for some of the work to prep the home for sale.
  • We provided stager recommendations and negotiated savings on staging costs. We had the whole house professionally staged and ready for our listing launch!
  • The house was professionally photographed to get the best pictures.
  • We created a "coming soon" campaign, whereby I exposed the home for a week in pre-marketing to attract as many buyers as possible.
  • We marketed the home to all the area Realtors in advance, so they could tell their "ready-to-go" buyers this house was hitting the market.
  • We hosted a private Neighbors Only Open House to allow neighbors to see all the renovations.
  • We coordinated showings around family and children's schedules for minimum disruption.
  • During our short time on the market - we managed more than 20 groups of people through the home for private tours and we had 50+ buyers through our public open houses over two days.
  • The Internet traffic was huge, too: over 9,724 views in 12 days and over 200 specific saves. Social media marketing exposed the home to even more local buyers!
